点击菜单没有反应及报错

下图为WEB端控制台，页面加载正常，点击菜单无反应无报错。

下图为WEB项目终端控制台，无报错。

下图为一些组件的版号。

运行环境是一台台式PC，上面有很多历史项目（NG1），不知是否有影响。
Node.js下载10.X版本后发现问题，卸载重装8.X版本，yarn upgrade，问题依旧。
重启电脑，问题依旧。angular-cli升级，问题依旧。
