Add option to display all items

Add an option to show the held item regardless of what item it is. Regardless of namespace, regardless of name.
Also, if it is an empty hand, show that too.

Sounds great, I believe this is a feasible feature. I'll look into adding it for the next version. :)

Using "minecraft:*" works well.
