Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

The action "Center the camera on an object" seems to be bugged.
I'm not sure how else to describe it other than "janky", as in the objects being followed will appear to shake by 1 pixel while in motion. (I think it can apply to the background / tiles too)

If I install 5.2.172, movement will be perfectly smooth, and if I install 5.2.173, it will introduce this bug.
Now, on the downloads page, it says 5.2.173 is actually bugged, so it's probably related to this. (as well as the next version ending in 174)
However I tested every version up until v5.3.180, and this bug has persisted throughout every version.

Sadly this problem is severe, as it makes all of my games look VERY ugly in motion :'(

Steps to reproduce

Simply creating a new game, with a very simple sprite (and some simple tiles to check how far I've moved) then making an event that always centers the camera on the player, that is enough to see this bug happening regardless of anything, but in particular this probably affects pixel art games more. I have recorded 2 videos:
