如用户在群里输入相关关键词时，自动触发相关回答。
要求：

多个同类关键词（admin，管理员，客服，customer），触发同一条回答。
多语言支持。

哈总补充建议：

对同一个用户最多只自动回复两次;
对admin（特殊人员列表）消息内包含的关键字不自动回复
上一条自动回复发出后1分钟内不抓取关键词（这条保留，需要实际情况权衡）
