Once you roll the roulette, the URL may change and then be shared with the result

Could you add a use case for this? I'm not sure what the benefit here is, since the idea is to get a random result on each roll.

I roll a result for me and my friends and I share it for all of them in order to have all the same build

I think a solution to this would be to have some sort of copy-button which then just puts the names of the perks in the clipboard.

The reason wo not use the URL is: Currently the URL holds the perk configuration - so by using a new URL you would basically overwrite the current config.

From a UI point of view I think it would be best to add a small icon like that:
