Hugo recently aliased published front matter value to publishDate. We are using published currently to track if a post should be publicly visible on the site.

Thus when trying to use newer versions of Hugo we get an error:

ERROR the "published" front matter field is not a parsable date: see /home/runner/work/news-and-ideas/news-and-ideas/blog/content/post/2012-01-06-flashrom-and-shuttle-av18e2.md

For now I proposed hardcoding the version of Hugo to the last working version but we'll need to revisit this when we'll want to use features from newer versions
