Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The "Run Query", "Open", etc buttons are inside the scrollable areas and usually not visible unless the user realises they have to scroll down.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if the "action" buttons would always be visible and would not scroll with the rest of the dialog contents

Totally true, it's very not convenient.

Duplicate of #306. I will close the other one.

I didn't see that one, sorry!

In the same line (as it is quite related, I didn't want to open a new issue), it seems impossible (or at least it is not intuitive at all) to delete/empty the Query History.

I believe a minus button next to the Play and Save buttons would suffice.
