preprocessing of the dataset

Hi,

How are the images preprocessed in relion/dynamight ?
If using a synthetic dataset, how should I post process it to use dynamight ?
I guess that I should standardize the images or something like this. But since dynamight uses Gaussian blobs, I guess I need to provide dynamight the precise standardization values I used ?
