Use test/reference notebooks for regression testing

Context

As identified in

• Intervention to have new hubs not couple to the 2i2c-hubs-image, but something more up to date infrastructure#2336

it would be wise to ensure that changes to this hub don't break common workflows that we expect are communities to be running. Presumably this could be developed into a form of regression testing against changes to this image.

At the same time, I've been thinking for a while about collection a representative collection of notebooks. Using that collection for regression testing would be a great motivation to move forward on that idea.
