Property drawer editor uses properties of another heading

Describe the bug

Given this minimal example:

* auftrag 1
:PROPERTIES:
:EFFORT: 1d
:END:
* auftrag 2
:PROPERTIES:
:EFFORT: 2d
:END:

A click on the property "EFFORT" of the second header opens the property editor modal.
But the editor shows and edits not necessarily the clicked property drawer.

• Instead, it shows and edits the last edited property drawer (e.g. the one of the first header).
• In case I reload the app, it shows and edits the properties of the first heading.

I can't always reproduce.
