Help with Shieldy

First time setting up Shieldy for our Rainfall Community group in Telegram.

I've added Shieldy as an Admin and enabled "Delete Messages" and "Ban Users" but new users are not being asked to complete a math formula before entering. How can I set that up? I appreciate your help
