[Improvement] Better Documentation + Wiki

Shieldy could do with better documentation and a Wiki containing more details on variables, and How-Tos on setting parameters in the config. Documentation is very lacking and confusing at best even with what little info Shieldy shows with its /help command.

If you want it more easily accessible and easily understandable for setting up, having more documentation would be a huge plus.

We need more information how how setting /customCaptchaMessage takes inputs if using /setConfig when setting everything all at once. It's not clear whether if it should be like the following;

/setConfig
customCaptchaMessage: true "<Your_Message_Here_Enclosed_Double_Quotes>"

or like;

/setConfig
customCaptchaMessage: '<Your_Message_Here_Enclosed_Single_Quotes>'

or like;

/setConfig
customCaptchaMessage: <Your_Message_Here_NoQuotes>

through trial and error trying each of these results in NO custom Captcha Message being set and returns False. So documentation needs to be more clear on things like that for example.
