splunkd error shows
message from "/splunk/etc/apps/onepassword_events_api/bin/item_usages" 2023/09/06 19:13:25 ItemUsagesRequest request failed: received a non 200 response: {"Error":{"Message":"Bad Request"}}

Audit event index is working fine
