Problem Description

There are multiple application upgrade lists, and upgrades are performed at the same time. During the upgrade process, some applications cannot be started after the upgrade fails. The parameter list and logs are all configurations of other applications. Unable to recover via rebuild, docker-compose.yml in the app directory has been tampered with.

Steps to Reproduce

It cannot be completely reproduced, but there will be a certain probability that this situation will occur when upgrading multiple applications at the same time, and the probability of occurrence is quite high
