PESQ BIGVGAN Problem

I am getting the following error when I try to build this project:

ERROR: Failed building wheel for pesq
Running setup.py clean for pesq
Successfully built TorToiSe bigvgan
Failed to build pesq
ERROR: Could not build wheels for pesq, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

AND

I believe it is related to BIGVGAN because I get an error message when I try to run this repo "ImportError: BigVGAN not installed, can't use BigVGAN vocoder"
