When someone is browsing the website & a new version is deployed, the user won't necessarily notice.
But if the deploy contained new client-side changes, a "desync" will occur.
The browser might not know about new fields & settings, causing weird behaviour.
So when a new version is deployed, the next page should force a refresh.
This means all requests will have to send their version.
