WooCommerce Products Disappearing w/ Plugin Enabled

When the Elastic Press WooCoomerce plugin is enabled, one of our products disappears from our online store. It only reappears when I disable both Elastic Press and Elastic Press WooCommerce.

I can provide you with access to our development server as well as the web address. But would like to do so securely. If you can please provide me with a way to securely send you this information, I will do it right away.

I contacted WooThemes about the issue. They have referred me to you.
