Update Set Author Command to support older installs by adding the setting.

Hi @amostajo,

When a new config option is added instead of erroring out fatally on the set command with;
Author key missing at "app/Config/app.php". Add the "author" setting in the configuration file to use this command.
I feel it would make more sense to simply update the app.php dictionary to add the new setting for the user rather than have them add it manually.

Note: The user only sees Command "set": Fatal error occurred. in the console and would only get the message about adding the setting if they discovered the error_log file where it's added to.
