Hello. I have some questions about bootstrapping a custom chain with Polygon Edge.

Is Polygon Edge a Private Chain or a Public Chain? Or is it an option that I can choose?
I have set up 4 nodes using Terraform AWS Deployment. If I add a new node, what is the point of contact that makes them belong to the same network? chain_id?

I’m sorry if my questions are not appropriate. I lack general knowledge about this topic. Please understand.
